Refund Policy- Owing to the delicate nature of our sweets, we at Misree do not have a refund policy. Only in special circumstances and based on our discretion, we encourage refunds. Refunds, if made, would be in the form of store credits or coupons in place of the amount.
Exchange Policy- We at Misree follow a 48-hour exchange policy post which we do not accept any exchange/return requests. Please ensure that your items must be unused and in the same condition as delivered in order to be eligible for the exchange/return policy.
Cancellations- Owing to the delicate nature of our sweets, once the product has been dispatched, we do not accept any cancellations.
Shipping policies- All orders placed before 1 PM can be delivered on the same day if requested. Orders placed post 1 PM would be dispatched within the next 24 hours.
