GENERAL SHIPPING RULES:
1) All orders placed post 5:00 pm will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours and will be delivered as per given timelines.
2) All orders which are placed/booked post 5:00 pm on Saturday will be automatically processed for dispatch in the evening of the next working day.
3) We do not offer any courier services on Sundays or on any Government Holidays.
4) Due to the nature of our products, we have restricted dispatch timelines.
5) We try to dispatch and deliver our orders within the promised timelines, however, there can be slight delays during festive months, due to shortage of stock or overload of shipments for delivery. Would request your cooperation and understanding during such times.
6) Shipping Details should be correctly provided by the customer while placing the order. Any delay caused in delivery due to wrong shipping details will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Yes, we offer only fresh, tasty, premium quality products. We take care of the purity and the shelf life of products.

Various products have different shelf life and are mentioned on the product page. In addition, you may also contact us prior to ordering for the particular product.
3) What are the various payment options available online?

4) Is there any extra charge for packing and postage?
Yes. It will be the actuals. Enquire us for overseas delivery.

This would be a very rare case, as we ensure multiple checking before dispatch. Please check if you have been charged for the missing product given in the invoice bill. If there is any mishap, please call us immediately.
17) Why was my banking account not charged?
Your payment may have been declined either due to network failure or insufficient balance in the account. Please contact us.
18) Do I have the provision to change my billing address?
Yes, anytime you may edit your profile by adding or removing the details as required. However, delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
19) Do your prices include GST?
The prices of all the products are inclusive of all taxes.
20) May I know about the return policy?
Since, we deal with perishable products, we follow a 'No return policy'. We are not responsible for any damages during shipping as well. Although we ensure you receive your sweets well packed.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY FOR MISREE
At Misree, we take great pride in maintaining high standards of product preparation, service, and delivery. In case you have faced any issue with our product or would like to share your feedback, we would love to hear that on care@misree.in.
Our returns, refunds, and exchange policies are pre-defined and mentioned below for everyone’s reference:
Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we at Misree do not have any refund policy. However, in a special case, the discretion to provide a refund will lie with the brand. In case of a refund, we would initiate a store credit or coupon code for the refund amount.
Exchanges/Returns:
We at Misree follow a 48-hour exchange policy. Post 48 hours from delivery of the sweets, it would not be possible for us to take any return or exchange request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. It must be in the original packaging.
We would only be able to provide a replacement in case of any defect or damage to the product delivered. In such cases, please send us an email at care@misree.in with the reason for return/exchange and any image(s) to support the claim, and the team will surely get back to you with a suitable solution.
Cancellations:
Due to the nature of the products, once the order has been processed for dispatch, it would not be possible for us to accept any cancellations.

Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we at Misree do not have any refund policy. However, in a special case, the discretion to provide a refund will lie with the brand. In case of a refund, we would initiate a store credit or coupon code for the refund amount.
Exchanges/Returns:
We at Misree follow a 48-hour exchange policy. Post 48 hours from delivery of the sweets, it would not be possible for us to take any return or exchange request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. It must be in the original packaging.
We would only be able to provide a replacement in case of any defect or damage to the product delivered. In such cases, please send us an email at care@misree.in with the reason for return/exchange and any image(s) to support the claim, and the team will surely get back to you with a suitable solution.
Cancellations:
Due to the nature of the products, once the order has been processed for dispatch, it would not be possible for us to accept any cancellations.
